We support a full refund or redelivery in the following cases: the product received is invalid or non-functional, the product specifications do not match the purchase description, the product was not delivered within 24 hours due to a system error, or a duplicate charge or other payment anomaly occurred.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available in the following cases: the product has been successfully activated or used, the issue was caused by user error (e.g. incorrect account or configuration), the refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase, or valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@nexulm.com with your order number, purchase date, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We will review your request within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
If you disagree with the outcome of a refund decision, you may contact our support team to appeal. We take every customer's feedback seriously and will work to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
